In the cellar, the wines are taken on their own terms. If the wines are treated differently it is not because of their quality potential but due to the natural phenomenon of terroir.

Each year, our winemaking team tastes nearly every wine Larkmead has ever produced. Our goal is to assess and revise drinking windows and provide updated tasting notes for our staff and collectors alike. These notes were last updated in February 2020.
